Brenda Lee (Dixon) Gargus, age 67, of Oneonta passed away Tuesday, December 1st, 2015 at St. Vincent's East.

Survivors include husband Jerry Gargus of Oneonta; sons Eric (Penny) Gargus of Dublin, GA, Jeremy Gargus of Oneonta; grandchild Aydenn Gargus; special friend Kevin Tidwell; brothers Larry (Linda) Dixon, Ricky Dixon both of Cleveland; sister Peggy Perkins of Pinson; a host of nieces, nephews and lots of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Emma Jean (Jodie) Dixon; brother Michael Dixon.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 on Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 4th, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Dailey's Chapel Cemetery in Oneonta, Alabama.

Brenda loved to sew and do arts and crafts; was a great decorator.
