Mr. Dan Tawbush age 86, of Oneonta passed away Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 at St. Vincent's Blount. Survivors include wife Ann Tawbush, son Andy Tawbush, grandchildren Crystal Baynard (Cory), Cody Tawbush, and great grandson Lawson James Baynard. He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Lula Ann Tawbush, daughter Regina "Danette" Tawbush, brothers Vernon, Virgil, and Charlie Tawbush, sisters Marseille Calvert and Velma "Tillie" Isabell. Mr. Tawbush was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Alabama Cattleman's Association and the American Polled Heifers Association.. He loved raising cattle, farming, and whittling. The family will have a private viewing and graveside services. Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
