David Lynn Hazelrig, age 59, of Cleveland passed away on Sunday, December 15th, 2019 at his residence. David was Dairy Man of the year for 3 years. He grew up attending Locust Fork Baptist Church and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include mother Geareldeen "Jake" Hazelrig; son Jordan Hazelrig; sisters Donette Lee (Roger), Kay Bennett (Terry); host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and lots of friends. He is preceded in death by his father Alvin James "Junior" Hazelrig. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 21st, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Green's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Cleveland, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, family requests donation be made to Green's Chapel Cemetery in his memory or to any charity that is closest to your heart.
