David Adrian "Foot" Holt, age 54, of Hayden passed away Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 at St. Vincent's Hospital. Survivors include mother Ila Holt; daughters Adrian Nicole (Coy) Dison, Ila Elisa Holt; sisters Linda Holt, Amanda Holt; niece Kylee; special friend Mary "Lulu" Warden. He was preceded in death by his father Claude Adrian Holt; brother James "Buddy" Holt; and grandchild Coy Dison Jr. The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 on Friday, April 10th, 2015 from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 10th, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Graves Gap Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama. Mr. Holt was an avid Harley enthusiast, loved the beach, to dance, and Alabama football. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
