Elizabeth Holt Story lived life and loved dearly for almost 35 years. Over those three and a half decades she gathered around her a host of family and a wide circle of friends drawn to her winsome smile and spirit, her tenacious courage, and her kind heart. Those who knew Elizabeth were embraced by her endearing charm and grace even in her most challenging days. She loved with generosity and spoke with a certain clarity of purpose. Even through our tears of grief, we know the light of her memory will grow brighter in the days ahead.

Survivors include her husband Kyle Story, children Mallory and Coy, mother De Anne Holt Gaynor (Mikey), Philip Doty, sister Grace Doty Hosey (Trace), brother, Benjamin Gaynor, uncle, DeWayne Holt, grandfather Marris Holt, and her in-laws: Bart and Sharon Story, sister-in-law Kati Story Murphree (Wiley), niece Piper Murphree, Don Layfield, Charlene Story.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda Holt.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening 6 until 8 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, both at the Blount County Funeral Home, 17885 Highway 160, Cleveland, Alabama. Burial will follow at Pleasant Mount Cemetery on Pine Mountain.
