Gary "Sam" Hazelrig, age 43, of Locust Fork passed away Tuesday, September 15th, 2015. Survivors include son Noah Hazelrig; daughters Haley Hazelrig and Hannah Hazelrig; brother Scotty (Shawn) Hazelrig.He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Rebecca Hazelrig. The family will receive friends at the Locust Fork Baptist Church 30580 AL-79 Locust Fork, Alabama 35097 Saturday, September 19th, 2015 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held following at 2:00 pm in the Locust Fork Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Pine Bluff Cemetery in Locust Fork, Alabama. Mr. Hazelrig loved hunting and fishing.
