Gary Wayne Reid age 83, of Trafford, Alabama passed away Monday, December 12th, 2022 at St. Vincent's East in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Reid is survived by his niece Patti Copeland Bowling(Jay), nephew Creag Copeland(Carol), great niece Christa Newman(Aaron), great nephews Randy Copeland(Hallie) and Cody Copeland(Hannah), survived also by 7 great great nieces, nephews and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Julius and Ruby Tidwell Reid and his sister and brother-in-law Margie Reid Copeland(Ken).

The family will receive friends at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 St Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Friday, December 16th, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 16th, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Tabernacle Cemetery in Locust Fork, Alabama.

Mr. Reid was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church Turning Point. He enjoyed making floral arrangements, loved birds, watching movies and going to see plays.
