Herbert Dean Robertson age 84, of Oneonta, Alabama passed away Saturday, October 15th, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Robertson was survived by his wife Marvaleene Pate Robertson, his sister Gay Nell Blount and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Birl and Lily Mae Kent Robertson, brothers Bobby Earl and Birl Russell Robertson, Jr.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Dailey's Chapel Cemetery 222 Bynum Drive Oneonta, Alabama 35121.

In his earlier years he enjoyed fishing and playing pool, but farming and selling tomatoes was his life, he loved animals especially his "blue-eyed baby" Siamese cat and his dog "Sadie". Mr. Robertson was also an avid Alabama fan.

Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
