Jared Chapman age 40, of Mt. Olive passed away Tuesday, July 14th, 2020 at UAB Hospital. Survivors include: wife Lisa Chapman, mother Teresa Chapman, son Tristan Castro (Chaise), daughter Cayla Hartmann, brother Marcus Chapman (Lavana), grandchild Liliana Castro, nephew Kyle Chapman and niece Chloe Chapman, with a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Ricky Chapman, brother Lesley Chapman, and nephew Chase Chapman. Mr. Chapman loved riding motorcycles, boating, playing the guitar, and he adored his dogs Cooper and Audrey. The family has elected for a Memorial Service at a later date. Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
