It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Allan Chambers on January 28, 2024, at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. John Chambers was born on July 15, 1946, in Glendale, California. He was a Pest control technician and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and Alabama football.

He is survived by his wife Michelle, son Jesse Chambers, granddaughter Natalie Chambers. He was preceded in death by parents Marvin and Mildred "Paulsen" Chambers, sister Sandra Claire Chambers.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday February 6, 2024, at the Cleveland Independent Methodist Church in Cleveland, AL.at 11:00 am.

Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
