Obituary
John Wayne Evans age 80, of Warrior, Alabama passed away Saturday, June 11th, 2022 at Diversicare Nursing Home in Oneonta, Alabama.
Mr. Evans is survived by his son Travis Evans, sister Grace Adams, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd Casey Evans and Millie Eastman Evans, his wife Jo Ann Cooper Evans and his brother Floyd "Sonny" Evans.
There are no services planned.
Mr. Evans loved to hunt and fish. He loved to watch softball and was an avid Alabama football fan. He loved to watch western's and especially watch Gun Smoke. He loved his family very much.
Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
