John Lewis age 58, of Oneonta passed away Friday, April 24th, 2015 at his residence. Survivors include wife Kathy Mattingly Lewis; sons John Lewis (Crystal), Mac Rankin; daughters Crystal Schauer, Robin Lewis; brothers Jimmy Lewis, Jeff Lewis, David Lewis; grandchildren Eva Lewis, Olivia Lewis, Braxton Lewis, Jalen Lewis, and Dylan Lewis. He is preceded in death by his parents James Lewis and Carol Jones. The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Thursday, April 30th, 2015 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 30th, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Lewis was veteran of the United States Army. He was a fun loving guy, loved car shows, auto racing, and wrestling. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
