John Henry Settle, III of Altoona, AL passed away on February 14, 2021 at St. Vincent's East, Birmingham, AL. Surviving Mr. Settle are his son Richard Weaver (Shelley), daughter Jerri Fry (Clifford), and Sandra Hulsey. He had five grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his parents John Henry Settle II and Helen Yancey Settle, and his brother Rumble Yancey Settle "bee". Mr. Settle enjoyed guns, sailing boats, planes, skeet shooting was an avid collector. He loved animals. Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
