Linda Denise (Dee Dee) Hicks, age 64,of Trafford passed away Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 at her residence. Survivors include Mother Martha Prince Hicks; daughter Crystal Faith Hicks; brothers Donnie Ray (Debra) Hicks and Scott (Sandra) Hicks; sisters Donna Hicks, Glenda Hicks (Wayne) Freeman and Cynthia Hicks Costes; a host of nieces and nephews, and lots of friends. She is preceded in death by her father Herman Hicks. The family will receive friends at the Bradford Sanctuary of Praise on Friday, December 5th, 2014 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Bradford Sanctuary of Praise, with burial to follow at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery in Trafford, Alabama. Ms. Hicks was employed with as a aircraft electrical technician. She was very adamant concerning the love of her faith, family and animals. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
