Ms. Linda Yates age 66 , of Cleveland passed away Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Survivors include sons George "Lynn" Sweatman, Robert Huelet Sweatman (Susan), and Norman "Preston" Sweatman, sisters Carolyn Brawley, Elizabeth Yates, Nora Wallace and Patricia Potter, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Monday, July 14th, 2014 from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 15th, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Antioch Cemetery @ Liberty. Ms. Yates was a dedicated retired nurse. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
