Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Mr. Michael H. Adamson, a cherished father, grandfather, and friend, peacefully left this world on December 31, 2024, at the age of 63. Born on July 13, 1961, in his residence, Michael spent his life in the beautiful state of Alabama, where he dedicated himself to his family and community.

He was the beloved son of Haskel Hubert Adamson and Laura Jane (Moore) Adamson. Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his dear sister, Tamala Jane Gulley. His legacy continues through his loving daughters, Jessica Lindsey (Cecil), Sheena Adams (Josh), and Rhiana Adamson, and the mother of his children. Michael was also a proud grandfather, and he leaves behind a precious line of grandchildren: Lane Adamson (Hannah), Cierra Loyd (Nathan), Kiley Calvert (Trey), Karter Adams, Jayme-Lynn Robertson, Kensley Adamson, Rhythum Adamson, and Journey Adamson. Each of them carries a piece of his heart and spirit within them.

Michael was a valued member of the Westside Baptist Church in Cleveland, Alabama, where he found joy and community in his faith. He was known for his unwavering kindness and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Throughout his life, Michael embraced various passions that illuminated his days. He took great pleasure in farming and found joy in the simple beauty of nature. His love for traveling allowed him to create countless memories with his family, exploring new places and cultures together. A true craftsman at heart, he enjoyed making things with his hands, channeling his creativity into every project he undertook. However, his most cherished role was that of a devoted grandfather. He poured his heart into caring for his three youngest granddaughters, ensuring they knew the love and support of their grandfather.

The love he fostered for his family and community will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. His laughter, wisdom, and unwavering support will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.

A funeral service to honor Michael's life will be held on January 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Westside Baptist Church in Cleveland, Alabama, the visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the church. His pallbearers, who have been chosen to honor him, will include Nathan Loyd, Lane Adamson, Karter Adams, Trey Calvert, Cecil Lindsey, Josh Adams, and Christopher Longshore.
