Norlando Nichols McCloud, a longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the age of 75. Norlando was born and raised in Cleveland, AL. During the 30 years she resided in Mobile, AL she worked for Evans Manufacturing, Crossroads Books and Gifts and Mobile Infirmary. She was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church since 1999. She was preceded in death by her mother, Idella "Dell" Sterling; her father, Clabirn Leo Nichols; brother-in-law, Jerry Douglas Phillips, Sr. and great-nephew, Garrett D. Phillips. Her survivors include her sister, Janie Phillips, nephew, Jerry Douglas Phillips, Jr.; great-nephew and great-niece, Hayden Phillips and Madeline Phillips; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Monday, March 29, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 12:30 PM.
