Orville Conice Story, IV age 40, of Hayden passed away Friday, November 12th, 2021 at St. Vincent's Blount.

Orville is survived by his wife Carrie Tatum, his parents Orville Conice Story, III and Constance Story, his sister..

Carrie Donaldson, his father-in-law and mother-in-law Mark and Debra Tatum.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 17th, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Blount County/Cleveland
