Pamela Ann (Stone) Chastain, age 60, of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. Mrs. Chastain was previously employed as a Nurse / Director of Home Health with Care First. She was a very crafty lady that owned craft stores and she loved yard sales. Survivors include husband Donnie Chastain; son Jamie (Brandy) Chastain; daughter Mandi (Rhett) Harvey; brother Bobby Gene Stone; sisters Sherri Assilen, Cindy (Wayne) Walker; grandchildren Will Blackmon, Caydon Chastain, Mia Harvey, and one on the way; great grandchild Aubree Blackmon. The family will receive friends at the Blount County / Cleveland Funeral Home on Thursday, August 31st, 2017 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held following visitation in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Austin Creek Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama. Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
