Ruby Faye Marsh Gerald age 79, of Cleveland passed away Monday, September 14th, 2020 at St. Vincent's East. Survivors include her son Johnny Ray Marsh (Donna), daughter Donna Faye Putman, brother Don Parvin (Kim), sisters Margaret Green (Alvis), Jean Langley (Bill), Peggy Staton, special nieces Kathy Marsh, Sheila Hrncir and Sherry McClung, grandchildren Fawn Reid, Jason Marsh, Nicholas Chapman, Justin Faircloth, Todd Bennett, Clayton McClung great grandchildren Maddie Chapman, Brooklyn Chapman, Josslyn Marsh, and Jacob Marsh. She is preceded in death by her parents Carl and Maudie Parvin, husbands John Marsh and Don Gerald, brother Troy Parvin, sisters Sue Downing and Cindy Haynes. The family will receive friends at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Saturday, September 19th, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 19th, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at High Rock Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama. Mrs. Marsh enjoyed reading, helping others, collecting angels, and she was a wonderful cook. She raised puppies for years. She was a good friend to all and loved living at TLC nursing home.
