Mrs. Ruby (Warnix) Turner of Remlap, owner of Ruby's Startanator Shop, passed away Friday, August 12th, 2016 at the age of 51. She was a loving grandmother who enjoyed fishing and gambling. Mrs. Turner is survivied by her parents Bobby "Fuzz" and Melba Warnix, husband Michael Turner, daughters Brandi (Bryan) Hicks, Amanda (David) Brumbeloe, brothers Roy Warnix (Tim Nicholas), Richard (Amanda) Warnix, grandchildren Alexis "Toot" Baber, Sabrina Brumbeloe, Kailey "Tater" Turner, Brooklynn Brumbeloe, Colton Hicks, and numerous other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Robert Warnix. The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home, 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 on Monday, August 15th, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held 10 AM Tuesday, August 16th, 2016 at Turning Point United Methodist Church, Holt Road Locust Fork, Alabama 35097. Mrs. Turner will lie in state at the church from 9AM until service time. Burial to follow at Tabernacle Cemetery in Locust Fork, Alabama. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
