Mr. Steve Michael "Mike" Martin of Oneonta, AL age 77 passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at St. Vincent's East, Birmingham, AL. Surviving Mr. Martin are his wife Joyce Martin, son Michael "Tex" Martin, daughters Shelley Huggins (Michael), Tracey Martin, grandchildren Kelcey Stephenson (Joe), Allison Grier, Chloe Martin and great grandchildren Rayne Stephenson and Jordan Stephenson. He was preceded in death by his parents Hutsey Alvin Martin and Beatrice Curtis Martin, son Joel Eugene Martin, brother Curtis Martin, sisters Sarah Parker, Eunice Brookes, Bobbie Nell Childress and Rebecca Smith. The family will receive friends Friday - January 22, 2021 at The Lord's House of Prayer, 46 Dailey's Road, Oneonta from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be Friday - January 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at The Lord's House of Prayer. Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery, 9013 U.S. 11, Springville, AL., with Rev. Robert Glenn officiating. Mr. Martin was known as "Pastor Mike" , he was an evangelist, and completely involved in his church and ministries.
