Tommie Pattric "Pat" Adams, a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and friend, peacefully departed this world on May 6, 2025, at the age of 85, in Birmingham, Alabama. Born on December 8, 1939, Pat was a vibrant soul who brought joy and love to all who knew him.

Pat was the cherished son of Timothy Adams and Margaret Kathleen (Washburn) Adams, who preceded him in death, along with his devoted wife, Hazel Adams, his daughter-in-law Michele Adams, nephew Steve Harris and his brother-in-law Guy Harris. He is survived by his loving son Timmy Adams and his wife Sonying, his dear sister Carleen Harris, and his wonderful grandchildren Andrew Adams (Lexie) and Lenny Robinson (Lisa), along with numerous other family members and friends whose lives he touched deeply.

Throughout his life, Pat exemplified hard work, dedication, and a profound love for his family. He enjoyed a variety of hobbies, from working diligently to fishing in the serene waters, and more recently, finding solace in cutting grass. Yet above all, it was his family that he cherished the most. His laughter, wisdom, and warmth will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A gathering to honor Pat's life will be held on May 9, 2025. Visitation will take place from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home, followed by a service in the chapel at 7:00 PM, officiated by Bro. Seburn Johnson and Bro. Sam Johnson. Mr. Adams will be buried in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause that was dear to Pat's heart.

As we celebrate the remarkable life of Pat Adams, we remember a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and left an indelible mark on all of our hearts. His spirit lives on in the laughter of his grandchildren and in the cherished memories we carry with us. Rest in peace, dear Pat; you will always be loved and remembered.
