Wendell Greene age 51 , of Oneonta passed away Friday, August 22nd, 2014. Survivors include Wife Cathy Adams Greene, Sisters Cheryl Dawson, Lisa Johnson, and Danita Cox, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Clem and Mary Adams, Aunts Mildred McFadden, Benice McFadden, Irma Jean Duplantier, and Verna Brooks, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Greene is proceeded in death by his Father Thomas Greene and Mother Delores Greene. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 30th, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Oneonta. Mr. Greene was employed with Cooper Mercy Green Hospital as a Medical Assistant. Mr. Greene an ordained minister and part of the global preaching campaign regarding the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
