William (Tracy) Bishop, age 69, of Cleveland passed away Friday, April 22nd, 2016 at St. Vincent's East Hospital. Survivors include his wife Sharon Bishop; his sons Kevin (Kelly) Lance, Brian (Charlene) Lance, Blair Bishop; his sister Lisa Bishop; and 7 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents William Henry and Wilma Roberta Bishop. Family will announce Memorial Services to celebrate his life at a later time. Mr. Bishop was involved with Drycreek Masonic Lodge #626; and a Shriner. He loved being a clown for the shriners and the work done with the Shriners; He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a jack of all trades. Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
